Band 6 Oncology Pharmacist Location – Oxford Schedule – Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm or 08:00am -18:00pm (Dependant on service needs) Start Date – ASAP Contract Duration – Ongoing Employment Type – Ad hoc, Onsite only Rates - £24 - £30 (Dependant on experience) Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 Oncology Pharmacist to join the multidisciplinary within this Oxford Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role as a Medicines Management Lead, ensuring the safe, effective, and high-quality use of medicines across the hospital.
